Our permanent show home at the National Self Build & Renovation Centre in Swindon gives you the opportunity to step inside a Broadaxe Timber Frame home and explore our building system for yourself.
Created in collaboration with Arbor Architects, the house demonstrates how thoughtful design, sustainable materials and precision timber engineering can come together to create a beautiful, comfortable and highly energy-efficient home.
You are welcome to explore the show home independently during the NSBRC’s usual opening hours, or you can arrange to meet a member of the Broadaxe team there to discuss your project and look around the house together.

You can experience the proportions and character of the rooms, examine key construction details and gain a clearer understanding of how the building fabric helps create a warm, healthy and energy-efficient home.
